The Rock Solid Pressure Show is formally a nationally syndicated FM and Internet broadcast, which currently is still going strong with a massive fanbase on Rock Rage Radio, which has a listening base in 115 countries. Your hosts Jay (J-Rock) and Patty open the gates every week to their Dungeon, spinning 6 decades worth of Hard Rock/Metal classics (on occasion). But their format has always been the newest, most original, groundbreaking music on the planet. Not only has the show been the go-to portal of discovery for almost 25 years, but they also feature interviews with tons of the newest high-profile Rockers and new Metal Gods and also the Rock/Metal legends that the team grew up worshipping in the 70's and 80's. Their hallowed halls have also been visited by most of your favorite horror movie icons, which plays a big part in the broadcast. Formed in 2002 in Connecticut, the show then moved to Florida in 2004 and enjoyed a massive 15 year run in FM syndication in that state. The broadcast then moved to Reno Nevada in 2019, where the team successfully shaped and enhanced the music scene there for over 6 years (Just like they did in Florida). The show officially closed their Dungeon gates and traded it in for a Cabin In The Woods in South Jersey where the team moved in 2015. The broadcast has a dark, witty, slightly demented, comical horror vibe, and is jammed packed with brand new music on every broadcast.

 

Back in 2002, the broadcast used to be known as a total multi-media attraction with the "Rock Solid Pressure Radio Competitions'. The first 2 years of the show were competitions for unsigned bands from across the country and the world. They opened the arena for one of the biggest, and most legendary radio battles in history, which was backed by Sony Records. The fans controlled the outcome for these hellacious matches by voting online in real-time. In 2004, the competitions were only held one month out of the year because the show went in a different direction. The competitions were retired in 2015 after a hugely successful 13-year run. The competitions might have earned the pair a coveted spot in the Hard Rock/Metal history books, but the broadcast is more popular than ever and commands a cult following throughout the world.

 
Every year since 2003, bands from around the country have made the trek to the annual 'Rock Solid Pressure Industry Showcase.' They perform in front of Major and Indie Record Label Reps, PR Firms, Legendary Producers, and Industry Insiders. Many bands have been signed and landed cool deals from this annual networking event. And now, the Industry Showcase has become one of the most heralded Showcases of its kind in North America. The first 2 Showcases were held in the Northeast. All the rest have been in Florida. The event returned to New York City in Oct 2019 for the 17 Year Anniversary.
 

The Rock Solid Pressure Show exploded onto the scene in Hartford CT at Cameo Broadcasting, and the show quickly became an underground hit. Live Showcases for Sony Records in NYC (Where Jay worked) quickly followed. The multi-sponsored show moved to Florida in 2004, spent 15 years there, then moved the broadcast to Reno NV, where they enjoyed more massive success for over 6 years. Now the show is broadcasting and changing the landscape in South Jersey where the team moved in 2025.

 
Jay and Patty are continually re-inventing the airwaves (Scarewaves) and helping music scenes throughout the country. Their names are also well known worldwide due to their popularity with the Rock Solid Pressure brand, and the many different things they have done in the music industry. Another part of their long history includes booking national concerts, and their local, annual signature events throughout the country which is the flip side of the RSP brand. Jay is one of the most well-known Entertainment Directors in the country and has helped live music venues keep their doors open and even 'rescued' venues for over 35 years. He's booked and coordinated over 1200 huge national acts and also booked over 6000 local bands in various states. And now, the focus of the broadcast is back in South Jersey where Jay is from, where he played in bands from 1980-2002, and where he learned all his booking skills. Jay and Patty also had their own TV show, which became a reality after a suggestion from FUSE TV, and it aired in the Mid-West for a year. They didn't get the moniker as being "The Hardest Working DJ's In Radio" for nothing. They're out in the trenches every week at their concert events and they're still helping bands get to the next level. Obviously, they've gone far and beyond the call of duty, and obviously they're unmatched by and DJ team..EVER! And their legendary status keeps growing.
